Customer Portal: Patch Notes


A little while ago, we rolled out our new shiny Customer Portal where you can keep track of all your orders, and have a look at the status of your Group Buy orders.  We know what it’s like to play the waiting game so we wanted to make the experience as streamlined as possible for those who want a quick look.

Our fave part?  You can now change your shipping address!  That’s right -- there is no need to email customer support anymore for these requests as you can change it from the Customer Portal any time!  (Speaking of which: Sanctuary/BRED fam, have you updated your shipping addresses? They’re coming!)

Let us take you through a quick tour of the Customer Portal!...

 My Account View

Once logged into the Customer Portal, you will see an overview of your TKC history.

  • Group Buy Status
  • Group Buy Order history
  • In Stock Order history
  • Your current shipping address

 Order View

You can drill down into the nitty gritty of your order by clicking on one of the orders from the My Account view.

  • Order number
  • Date your order was made
  • List of items purchased with SKU, pricing, quantity
  • Billing Address for the purchase order
  • Shipping Address entered at the time of the order

Need to change your Shipping Address?

From My Account, click on “View Addresses”.  You’ll be taken to the Your Addresses view.

 From here, you can choose to Edit or Delete your addresses.
