We're excited to bring two new updates: a customer portal to better manage your orders, and lower international shipping rates.
Customer Portal Improvements
You can now check on the status of your order and change your shipping address from our new customer portal.Check Order Status
- See where your orders are at all in one place.
- If you've changed addresses since you ordered a Group Buy Product, you can will be update your shipping address yourself in the portal in a future update
New International Shipping Rates
We've worked hard with our warehouse partner to obtain some very attractive rates for international buyers. The new service is provided by FedEx, and transit time is 5-14 days depending on your locale. Last mile is delivered by your local mail carrier.Here are a few examples of the new rates:
- C3 Stab Kit - $6.50 anywhere in the world! Each additional stab kit will increase the rate by about $0.80 (shipped in a bubble mailer with a rigid insert for protection)
- Infinikey Core Kit - Approx $16 (shipped in a 100# crush strength box)
- 60 Tangerine switches - $8.60 (shipped in a plastic tub inside a bubble mailer)
- 120 Tangerine switches - Approx $11 (shipped in a plastic tub inside a bubble mailer)
Currently heavy items are still expensive to ship. For example, deskmat: They weigh ~24 oz. To ship one international it costs us about $22.78. Keyboards are also VERY heavy. Keyboard sales therefore will be handled through proxies until further notice.
