Susan Lin (Mintlodica) joins TheKey.Company as Chief Operating Officer. 

"I am absolutely stoked to have Mint on board!" says Jason, CEO and President. "Mint has proven her mettle over the past year. We've worked together with just her spare time and TKC has grown from a solo venture to a team. In the past month, we've sold more products than all of 2019. I cannot wait to see where we can take TKC having her fulltime."

You likely know her as the designer behind DSA Magic Girl, the set blessed by 50 Cent. Susan comes from the technology industry with 12 years of experience where she directed teams, designed software products reaching millions of users, and gave public talks. As Mintlodica, she's created watercolor, pixel, and 3D art before venturing into the world of mechanical keyboards.

Mint and JSON met last year when she began searching for the right vendor for her debut set. From there, she’s helped TKC define and launch their New Site. And she’s been in the background as an advisor through major milestones such as their Three Year Celebration and expansion of the Core Staff via key hires.

Scaling TKC to World Class

By transitioning from Advisor to Partner, Mint will be able to focus her energy on TKC. As COO, her main role will be working in tandem with the CEO to support daily operations and company expansion. Her immediate contributions will be in team process and technology. Expect to see both immediate and long-term improvements to the customer experience.
