Because of how much we at TKC appreciate our valued customers, we’d like to address what has been going on with shipping behind the scenes.

As many of you have noticed, recently we have been experiencing countless shipping delays with many of our products. This delay is happening across the United States and globally due to congestion and other logistical issues at freight ports. Most recently, one of our shipping containers has been waiting in Seattle for ground shipment for over a month. We empathize with your frustration over the situation, as we are frustrated as well. We are currently doing everything we can to ensure your orders are delivered as fast as possible, including shipping products via air whenever possible.

We have been advised that one of our most delayed containers is finally moving and we anticipate having the products in hand in September. Additionally, based on the overall situation, we are allowing our proxies to release some of our most delayed products ahead of our receiving stock. Please know that we are working hard to get you the items you’ve been waiting on. We thank you and appreciate your time and patience.
