Terms

To buy wholesale from us, please see the following terms:

  1. Products must be available to be purchased through your website or physical storefront with open information regarding usage and safety. Failure to advertise or intent to hide the business or DBA entity, contact information, or pertinent public information regarding your business during a sale is unacceptable. Sale of product(s) outside of your storefront, such as private invoice unrelated to your business, is not acceptable; i.e. private sales via channels such as Reddit and Geekhack are strictly prohibited.
  2. We reserve the right to update the terms of sale as we see fit. Updates to the term of sale will be discussed openly with individuals who have access to privileged pricing, and will require agreement in writing in order to be eligible for privileged pricing.
  3. Sharing information regarding your purchasing specifics, including and not limited to pricing/quantities, aside from contact information for supply would be a violation of our terms of sale.
  4. Using photographs of bulk packaging which is not supplied to the end user is strictly prohibited.
  5. Altering the product aside from down-packaging material is actionable as a breach of our terms and conditions, and if the brand names are used and the material is modified it is actionable by the brand holders (Chemours/Miller Stephenson).
  6. Safety Data Sheets must be available upon request, and are required for international shipments. We can provide you any sheets required.
  7. The MSRP in the lowest quantity available (1mL) is 3.99 USD. This may be subject to change by global region.

Applying for Wholesale

Once you've read through and understood the terms, fill out this application form on our wholesale portal. We'll review your application and send you a contract to sign. After you've signed the contract and sent it back to us, we'll give you access to our wholesale store.
