Candybar Stability Plates (Round 3 B-stock)

CandyBar Alternate Color plates are offered in 2 different materials. Aluminum, or Carbon Fiber. Works with both Premium and Standard models from all generations of Candybar Keyboards.

Please note that the stabilizer cutout on these plates were cut incorrectly in the split spacebar positions, they are too narrow for most stabilizer housings without modification. The cutout width measures 6.61mm and should be at least 6.72mm to fit Cherry stabilizers.

C3 V2 and V3 stabilizers notably do fit without modification, however to use most other stabilizers including Cherry, GMK, Durock, etc. you will likely need to modify the plate for those positions. Included in the image gallery are examples a modification that could allow most common stabilizers to work with these plates but please note that we do not officially support or guarantee this modification; it is at your own risk and is not covered by our warranty. You will likely need a rotary tool or mini hacksaw to make the cuts flush. Our official recommendation is to use C3 stabilizers, and a large part of the reason the plates are marked down.
